I hope those werent separate meals. I hope that is one large pwo meal.
Personally i like a couple pounds of rice with some chicken that was cooked in the slow cooker. Top that off with dessert of low fat ice crea (1.5liters or so)

Well for me…I don’t quantify “cheats” as certain foods. I’ll eat “unclean” or non-typical bodybuilding foods if they fit within my macro needs for the day…and I don’t consider that cheating.
For me, cheating is when I do not weigh out my food and count my macros. A cheat day can and has consisted of vast majority “clean” bodybuilding foods…but, I choose not to count a single macro and can end up eating well into the late thousands in terms of calories for the day.
I only tend to eat sushi if it’s at an all you can eat buffet…and well, macros tend to get thrown out the window at an all you can eat buffet… 200 pieces of sushi, some hibachi, green tea ice cream and a plethora of fried sesame balls then becomes a cheat for me…

That was a good decision! I laughed when Jon talked about how he was the first in line yet was still beaten to the food by another fatty. Now, I can totally understand haha.

Stu has the correct answer here.
I’m not on good terms with my local all-you-can-eat sushi place. I sit down, and my initial orders arrive tastefully-presented on ornate Japanese-style plates. Then I keep ordering. And I keep ordering. The waitresses often question me, saying things like “you do realize that is 24 pieces in total?”. I let them know that I’m fully aware of what I’m ordering, and that they would do well to bring it to me. The longer I sit, I notice that the quality of the plates deteriorates. By the end, they plop my dragon rolls haphazardly on a plastic plate they probably got from Walmart.
There’s no way you eat 200 pieces in a sitting
lol…how can I prove this to you? I promise you…when I was dieting down…I would do 40 hour fasts followed by extremely ridiculously disgusting cheat days. I counted a couple just to see…I wouldn’t even start eating until like 2pm…by 7pm I’d be near 10,000kcal …I LITERALLY could not stop eating.
That’s what happens when you diet at obscenely stupid calorie levels. I.e. 1200kcal 4 days out of the week.
I don’t get my rocks off by lying about how much food I can consume in one sitting.
I’m bulking right now at around 3500kcal …550g of carbs…guess what…I eat it ALL in 1-2 hour feeding windows. If I don’t…I’ll be ravenously hungry all day by tiny ass 100g carb meals…
