Wednesday: Worked on snatch technique. Huge improvement…was actually able to do full snatches through 135. Form broke down after that though. My work capacity still sucks though.

Bah. 245 was really easy again, but my hand is holding me back a lot here. Every time the weight gets heavy it stops cooperating.
Snatch-grip DL

Loooove this lift. It forced my back to stay in a good position and was all legs. All doubles were touch and go. Pussed out on 405 for some reason and didn’t double it. I love this as a DL replacement though.
