Fat Was Not the Way to Be.

lost some lbs over the past year, than gained some of the good weight back. What do you think.

so… the first pic is you at your youngest, and you’re now at the far right?

Did you read the rules? You’re going to need to post more if you want real advice…

yeah lol i just realized fuck.

sorry messed up the first time heres one of my back

here is another one of my quads

LOVE the poster in the back pic

front

haha yeah me 2 man me 2

You have a freaky shape to your quads…looks like you could turn these into real monster wheels!

Well done on the transformation so far, what are your goals now?

Also just for interest, what is your height/weight/age?

I’m 5’10 185 pounds and 18 years old.

Well right now im just pretty much finishing up cutting and working on maintaining. With the summer here my usual eating schedule is kind of thrown off because im up later at night and sleeping later into the day, so until around october i will probably just maintain than bulk up again.

Curiously though i really only do bb squats for my quads what else could I throw in there to see more progress

I’m assuming you already deadlift?? Maybe try out some single leg work, there’s lots of options like split squats and lunges, check out this article:

and when you’re back bulking again give the Hungarian Oak Leg Blast a go:

Not bad, I would take this year to work on those shoulders, you also need more back width. Good solid legs!

gave you a 3, but you deserve 3.5

okay well what couldi work on what should be improved?

The quads are ridiculous, congrats on those.

You look pretty good. Keep it up

Looking great as far the transformation goes.

Really get into those shoulders as pesty said. Your legs are very solid!

Well I’d say everything at this point  . but it’s summer and you want to keep your lean state, so no big. Good job on your transformation. Your quads seem to be your strongest point. I’d say prioritize your shoulder width, and back most for now. Specifically lat width. Gaining size in those two spots will fill out the v-taper. But you also need to work on your upper back thickness as well.

Good job kid! Keep it up.
