Fat Was Not the Way to Be.

Solid transition, good shit. Work on some decline to fill out the outside and inside. Incline work also to fill out your chest more. Shoulders look like your weakest point followed by your arms. Take good care of your shoulders.

I wouldn’t cut anymore at the moment. If you eat clean and keep lifting hard you should be able to add some more muscle without more fat gain at your age. Tempting as it is for a former fat boy to want to get shredded and be fearful of getting fat again, you’ll make much better progress if you aim to build up steadily rather than trying to get leaner right now. Make the most of those young guy hormones, you can get shredded later and you’ll have more muscle afterwards.

Make sure you put some cardio in here and there, a bit of HIIT and a little steady state recovery each week should keep things under control. If you do find the fat creeping up too much you can always adjust your cals and exe as you go along.

yeah i actually just upped my cals a little bit more and am concentrating on getting 6 solid meals in a day i was kind of slacking start of the summer but i gotta get back on it

I’ve seen lower ratings with better physiques. He’s at a 5?
