Came off a three year blast and cruise for health related reasons.
Finally finished up my PCT and I feel like I recovered well. Balls hang, not depressed anymore, morning wood is back, lost pretty much half of my gains in the last month and a half but that was expected.
Losing gains is not bothering me but what bothered me is fat gains going straight to stomach, literally went from having no abdominal fat with veins on my stomach to having a tub in a month and a half like WTF I bust my fucking ass off for three years straight and this is what I fucking get.
Is my body retarded or something? Why just store fat in the worst possible place instead of even distribution?!
The rest of my body looks fine with some relatively decent vascularity but this is fucking bullshit. I know Im overreacting but this little stomach fat is making me angry cause I train hard everyday and eat right and no booze.
Makes me feel like it’s a waste of time. Y’all share some insight and experiences?
That’s estrogen related, low estrogen or testosterone to estrogen ratio imbalances will cause lots of belly fat accumulation relatively quickly.
A study at Harvard looked at three groups of men, men with low normal testosterone, men with mid range level testosterone, and men with super physiological testosterone levels.
All three groups were given an aromatase inhibitors, and all three groups gained lots body fat accumulation, especially around the midsection.
This conclusively proves that estrogen is the main driver of fat loss, provided your hormones are balanced.
What does the Harvard study have to do with the OP’s situation? He’s not taking an AI and tanking his estrogen. Are you suggesting he should be supplementing estrogen to lose the abdominal fat?
That’s how the body works - it stores fat where it’s best utilized. The survival mechanism of the human body unfortunately doesn’t care for and take into account our vain ambitions to make visible each muscle surrounding our abdomen.
What would be a prevention strategy? I can understand his frustrations with three years of hard work and then a month and a half leading to an undesired outcome.
Came off completely. Was cruising and waited three weeks from last pin to let ester clear. Did a pretty hardcore PCT, boy was it brutal in the first two weeks. Fuck clomid. But I feel fine now.
Our bodies are interesting. When running with exogenous compounds, though enhanced, we establish a new equilibrium that includes these compounds. However, the opposite is also true. Once we come off, our bodies have to achieve equilibrium again, without those compounds.
I hope insight is discovered with your bloods. They seem to provide the best information as to what’s going on.
