Any fruit you want really, its just being added for taste/flavor. Cinnamon, in this case, is a flavoring in powder form. Tastes great with oatmeal but if you don’t have access to it just stick with fruit. As far as supplements do go, in your case I would save up for some protein powder. Protein is the biggest deficiency in your diet so if you’re not able to add more meat that would probably be your best route.
Cinnamon is a spice. It also has anti-inflammatory properties. Good for circulation. I have no idea if it’s available in your country.
If you can’t buy whey protein powder, eat more meat instead. Any meat is fine. The Plazma is not necessary.
I wanna buy a supplement that cuts fat and adds bulk muscle (or strength) . Please Suggest me some good supplements . You can also suggest supplements other than boitest store .
If you suggest something then please let me know the following too:
- How to use that supplement (I havent used any supplements before).
- How to do I know that the supplement is suitable for my body ?
Many Thanks In Advance !

This is confusing me… are you saying you don’t have enough money for a lot but have enough for a cheap fat burner?
My suggestion, add a lot more protein to your diet. I wouldn’t even change much else, except adding protein. If you get any supplement, get protein powder. As far as supplements go, protein powder should be the highest priority and will make the most difference. Make sure each meal has some protein in it. Preferably a lot.
It seems like you’re really just getting started. Are you familiar with the “big lifts”? Can you bench, squat, or deadlift your body weight, yet? Can you do any unassisted pullups?
Concentrate on the lifts I just asked you about. Get really good at them. Make sure your technique is flawless. Study these lifts like you study subjects in school and become a pro at them. Don’t jump the gun and try to lift too heavy. Technique first, then add weight. If you put weight on there that makes your technique suffer from the beginning of the set, then lower it back down until you can get more reps at a lower weight with good technique. And at this point, even by the end of sets, you should still have good technique.
The process of mastering the big lifts will add muscle to your frame, which will in turn up your metabolism and help you burn fat. By the time you’re done, you will look a lot different. Provided you stay concistent and don’t expect results over night.
Go to the articles and read them. As many as you can. Go to the search feature and search for articles for beginners. Those will help you the most. Don’t jump the gun and do advanced stuff, YET. You will work towards it, but take it a step at a time and be patient and smart in how you approach this. I’m curious how you hurt your wrist…
Please understand that companies are trying to sell supplements, so they hype them up and make them seem like they will have more of an affect than they really do. They want to get you excited about it so you give them money for something that is likely to do little to nothing for you.
I know that sucks, but it’s the truth and the way you should approach all supplements, just to save yourself some time and money. Eventually you’ll be savvy enough that you can see past the BS and get useful ones, but you’ll have to be a certain level in your training before they’ll really be useful to you for the most part.
From what I understand, most fat burners partially work by suppressing your hunger so you don’t eat as much while giving you more energy to work out more (someone correct me if I’m wrong, I don’t use them so never paid that much attention to them). If you’re already not eating that much, I don’t think they’ll do anything for you but make you feel warm inside because you bought some special pills that you pop every day. I suppose they could have a placebo effect…
I remember when I was 17 and when I got my mind on something. It will be difficult for you to shake the idea that all you need to do for everything to work right is simply get the right fat burner, but fight the natural urge to be stubborn and keep trying to get a fat burner. Listen to the people here, we collectively know waaaaaaay more about this than you do and it’s good that you came here. The wealth of knowledge you can get here is priceless, in my opinion, and there are many people who will communicate the truth and what you need to hear in these forums (a.k.a. help you).
Thank You Sir . Im Really Grateful For Your Advice .
I actually posted this article about a month ago . And I still dont have money for supplements , but one of my close friends offered me to order supplemets from Turkey (Through him , without my expenditure) . So I wanted to avail this opportunity .
You Asked about my Wrist Injury . I hurt my wrist twice in three days .
a. While doing Wrist Curls , I went heavier than I should have .
b. I should have stopped lifting , but i didnt . And i hurt my wrist again while trying to jerk up a bar .
I truly Understand that People here are way more experienced than me and You can understand my situation too . Im 17 ,I have a normal body (not too fat) , my hips are a little bit bigger than the rest of my body. I go to university , I get ignored by people all the time (specially due to my religious family) . I got no friends or anything . All I do Is Go to gym for sometime . And I have read a lot of articles . I know the main big lifts . I can Squat 60 kg . My weight is 70 . I can deadlift 80 kg . My Bench press and shoulder presses are weak . And due to wrist injury , im not training my arms and back .
Although , I know how to properly perform lifts. So now Im getting a chance to get some supplements thats why I decided to ask for professional advice .I am not maintaining a strict diet . I mean , i dont use colas and Junk food , But I eat till im full. If you want me not to take any supplements , you can tell me . Whatever you think is suitable , you can tell . I shall not neglect professional advice .
Anything thing else you wanna know , I shall be more than happy to share .
Best Regards . . . Ajwad
If you are only squatting 60kg wrist curls shouldn’t be a priority. You need to keep eating meat and vegetables and make sure you are on a proven lifting programme.
5/3/1, Strong lifts, starting strength, West side for skinny bastards and grey skull LP are all good starting points. Search for these programs on the internet and see what one you fancy.
Many Thanks For Your Advice . I will look for these programs .
But I am Asking for a supplement here. Some that contains mass building and fat burning properties . . . ?

I gotcha, so you can get some through your friend.
If he can get you a bunch of protein powder, that’s what I’d suggest. As much as your friend can get you. To me, this is the smartest move given your opportunity and situation.
A lot of protein powder so it will last you a while and you will have the opportunity to significantly increase your protein intake while keeping your family/community satisfied by not messing with this diet that is so important to them. Seems like a win-win to me.
If you’re not taking any supplements at all, that is by far the one that will help you the most, in my opinion. And just make sure you keep improving on the big lifts. This will result in the most mass gaining.
If you workout hard and are smart about your calories, the fat burning will come with the rest of it. Check out the article from earlier in the month about predator conditioning, that kind of stuff would help, too. But ease into it.

There are no supplements that do what you want them to do without a proper diet. DIET IS WHAT YOU NEED, NOT SUPPLEMENTS. I don’t know how to be any more clear. I’ve used more supplements than you can imagine, and only a few have been useful at all. I told you previously that Plazma is useful, but you said that’s too expensive. So I made diet recommendations instead to replace it. You’re obviously not taking the advise, because you’re still asking about supplements. I wish you the best of luck, but you will not be successful if you don’t believe what I’m telling you.

x2
Seriously. It sounds like you’re a beginner, so you can actually build muscle AND drop fat at the SAME time if you clean up your diet and train hard. No supplement will do that.
OKAY OKAY ! Thanks To All Of You .
Thanks To Tdub for ACTUALLY Understanding My Situation.
And You Too Sir Flipcollar . I have considered your advice . I have been taking more almonds , dates , milk and meat . I have also increased eggs in my diet . So , no need to worry . Its just that My friend Offered me supplements so I wanted to get some .
I guess I should master my patience first and stop asking about supplements again and again :3
Anyway , This Website Is THE BEST . I read articles daily and Professional Advice is also a great advantage to me here . So , Best Regards To All of You .
