only 3 more pounds to go in 4 weeks? Thats nothing!
It’s always good to hammer through those sessions where you don’t feel stellar.
And 3lbs is nothing. I drop that in my sleep. ![]()
I wish I had your losing weight skillz lol
way to go N!!! great job on the wt loss and the benching !! I bet you have a fancy new max waiting to be celebrated!

Kicking ass Mainy, keep it up
Kev - does he get it from his Dad? ![]()
Greg and Dot - I agree, hence why I am dropping the cardio at this point and focusing on key lifts.
Brute- I sure hope so ![]()
Ink - thanks man - I got to go check out your logs and catch up!
Mims - With your thyroid issue, losing weight is complicated…
My tried and true game plan:
eating clean, proper sleep, cardio 2 hours a week (4x 30 mins session) and heavy lifting 4.5 hours a week (3x 1.5).
eating clean:
breakfast: oats/pp/fruit in the am
lunch: pp and almonds
snack/preworkout: cottage cheese and veggie OR greek yogourt with a little sugarless jam and a handful of oats
OR hardboiled eggs and veggies OR canned fish with veggies.
postworkout: shake
supper: beef/chicken/fish with whole grain rice/potatoes/squash, omelettes.
pre-bed: tbs of hazelnut or peanut butter…
Keep alcohol for a few drinks on friday and/or saturday
Enjoy “social meals” (meaning anything in moderation) friday night/ saturday.
Good work…your doinitrite.
Finally handed my Calendar project yesterday. Glad to have it done with and anxious to see the results!
Also had my tatoo colored in last night. I would say finished but now that it’s colored I’m thinking of adding a background…lol! never ending story begins. I’ll wait for next year though, in terms of time and budget.
I’ll try to catch up on a few of you now… where’s time when ya need it?

Thanks Mim - of course someone who wants fast results would ditch the alcohol all together, some people might even question the dairy. The results I am looking for are not drastic and the weight loss I want is usually 8-10lbs in 10-12 weeks.
And lets not kid ourselves - I am already looking forward to the next bulk (mmmm cheese). Staying at 155lbs is not my longterm goal.
Mmmm cheese x2! Can’t wait to see the 2.0 version of the tattoo.
Sounds like you’re dialed in, the weight should come off easy in that amount of time!

ok, I was going to ask about dairy, maybe I should just limit it at first (save avoidance for further down the road) and try the greek yogurt, didn’t think about adding the SF jam…good call.
oh, I just started a glass or two of wine a couple nights a week, can I blame that for my slow loss the last few weeks, or just rack it up to eating too much crap…lol
Good eats. Maybe a photo of the coloured tattoo before you do any more to it?
I was just skimming threw for some photography beauty, did see a cutie pie kid!
How are you feeling with a few pounds off? i know you say you want to go back to bulking, I have a mind fuckery when i eat clean and feel tighter which makes me want to stay like that, but progress has happened with a few pounds on…which is why we do it…right? lol
Cal & MT - 2.0 comin up
Tim - your right, I’m not worried about it.
lilP - I’m big on balance and I love my dairy. Good quality carbs prevent me from binging on crap stuff like cookies and icecream. If you choose high protein sources of dairy you should be ok. I’m guessing the multiple glasses of wine might be the culprit
Those you might want to limit to once a week.
US - honestly I get a bigger high from a good gym session than from seeing my abs. Also living where I do I spend 11 months a year over dressed. The extra couple of pounds only bug me when I try to take pretty pictures of myself, like today. When that happens I know all I need is a good deadlift session to screw my head back on properly…
