Brute - exactly, i was taking my hormones in the AM since I lift in the Pm and did not want to compromise gains with added estrogen. However the damn crap effects my mental game too much. Hopefully between lifting (5-7) and sleeping (10pm) there will be enough of a window…
Hallowed - NA NA NA NA NA NA NA NA! BUTT GURL!!! (maybe I’m tired now. lol)
Joe - smartz before silly ego, check.
spent a good part of the evening wrapping my goodies ![]()
they will be sent along tomorrow. I rolled the calendars up tight to keep shipping costs at a minimum but if for some reason yours is really crap let me know so I can send a replacement.
Many thanks for those who gave me a hand with this.
PW have really stepped up!
I know there are men lurking in here - I have 3 womenz calendars left for sale. You get a genuine autographed Frenchie ass in the deal. PM me for details.
cheers

Whaaat? Womenz and Frenchie ass are two of my favorite things!!
PMing
We named this one Florence - after his first born… my cookie-face.

So I go to bed at a reasonable time and fall asleep all nice and dandy. Only to wake up at midnight. Brain thinks: “why am I awake?”… I listen for a minute and hear the neighbor’s freakin subwoofer “boom boom boom”. For a solid 30 minutes.
it finally stopped except now I can’t sleep.
fml.
Murphy’s Law.
Ah neighbours, I sympathise but will have to leave it at that so I’m not a hypocrite. Sounds like they came in drunk from a club that had loud music, started to pass out so then shut it down. Hopefully tonight you can get some solid sleep. I know travelling takes it out of you too.
Nice work on the DLs, Mainy! Like everyone said, ease into things. It’ll all come back soon enough. Muscle memory is an amazing thing.
Also didn’t realize you got back on the hormones. But I like how you’re feeling your way through it - seeing what works best during your physio changes. You’re a smart cookie, that’s for sure ![]()
Beautiful guitar and beautiful song. Close family is really heart-warming for me - sentimental Maschy. Sigh. <3
awww, that suuuucks!!!
Turns out I am exactly like I am in person as on line.
I hate it when I don’t get a full nights sleep and everything suffers the next day. Hope it isn’t the same for you.
Hearing the bass through the walls when you’re trying to sleep has got to be one of the most infuriating things. Top 5 of my biggest pet peeves, easily.
Beautiful guitar and how cool for your brother to do that for you ![]()
DAGNABBIT.
Just went digging through my PMs to send you a card… because I am the most epic procrastinator EVAH… and I can’t find the message you sent me with ur addy… and its twenty right?
PM This dumb pirate one more time plz.
solly!
Crazy deadlifts!!!
Did you get my check? Congrats on getting so many orders ![]()
Interesting the discussion about not knowing how people are in “real life” vs. the Interwebz. I suspect that a lot of us are far different than our online personas.
Insomnia has been a consistent evil in my life for many years. First having kids who didn’t sleep through the night for YEARS. Now it’s my age, I believe. I often wake up for hours in the middle of the night. I hear that’s pretty typical for perimenopausal/menopausal women.
I’m glad to hear you’ll be back on 5/3/1 soon. I know it’s been tremendously successful for you.
Dani - not yet… I’ll keep an eye open this week. Big thanks ![]()
Snap - I agree. I wouldn’t say that this is 100% persona. All the info/stories/lifts and such are true. Only I don’t walk around half naked or sexified (regarding the pics). Also the negative tends to be left out and the possitive amplified quite a bit. Which leaves you with the truth that has been “tinted” somewhat. And yet, at the end of the day isn’t all “truth” subjective. Sometimes when I reread my log I sound like a cheerleader hopped up on a blend of speed and viagera when in real life I’m the geek sitting in the corner with my book.
Waking up after 5 hours of sleep has been one of the worse symptoms to deal with in my case. That and the night sweats. Good news about the night sweats is at this time of year I simply sleep with the window open. As far as experimenting with taking the hormones in the evening so far so good. I think I might have found a way to live with them.
Wait… what?

All kidding aside, I think this is true for most of us.

exactly - which means if a dude is looking for a vixen, bamf or general badass chick, it might not be obvious at first glance. It’s not like we are out there dancing in bikinis and shotguns.
does this make any sense? I might need more coffee…
