Pssst, just between you and me while no one else is listening; bend over, grab the damn bar, pull. Everything else just complicates things…
Good pulling.
Jack, lets start doing GMs together and see if our deads go up.
Harry, your secret s safe with me.
Tony,I didn’t notice a rabbit in Bunny’s new avatar. Just legs. Long and smooth…mmmmmm

Bench press is coming back. When I can CGB 405 I’ll be happy (for awhile).
Nice work, Eco.
Say, does it say “Stop Anal Tests” on the gal’s shirt who is walking with the large rabbit named Harvey?
Math, I can’t get a clear read on the shirt. I think it might say,“look at my breasts”.
Lifting is just better when you can bench. Since starting back doing the CGB I feel bigger and stronger. Most likely all in my head but thats ok. Its worth a little shoulder pain. Now to get back to where I was a few months ago.
Good looking CGB’s there, I keep trying to improve my DL form but I’m sure I stiff legg the damn things way more than I’m supposed to.
Thanks Joe. I need a pro to work with me on all three lifts for an afternoon. I’m afraid he might tell me I’m beyond help and to find another hobby.
Nice work, Eco. You are looking strong. GMs are going back into my program in 3 weeks when I start back pulling for real.

That is indeed what it says.
Maybe a protest against cosmetics tests done on rabbits…or she’s got a really bad-off booty.
Had a crazy hockey weekend. Four hours of driving on Saturday and seven yesterday. Plus games, a birthday party and a sleep over. Last night was the only time I mustered some energy to lift (but it wasn’t much).
1/31
cleans 185 3x10 sets
Short and sweet. Hopefully more tonight.
I’m more impressed with Harry’s and HT’s cleans after my pitiful cleaning weights.

With a weekend like that how did you find energy to breathe?

If I was hardcore I could have worked out at night but I just couldn’t get off the couch once I sat down.

I like that. You could that sort of training just about every day.
Wish my workout took that long today. Including there and back drive it was 5 hours.
Nice work on the quickie…
that is a long long weekend.
Pete 5 hours I hope you brought a snack or two.
Skid, you could do that every day. Hard but not overly taxing.
Pete, I hope you had a great workout!! You have a great wife. Mine would have had a fit if I was gone for 5 hours. I get grief sometimes going to the basement for a workout.
Kevin, I use the 80/20 rule. You get 80% of your results from 20% of your exercises (or something like that). Trim the fat off the workout. Short and sweet.
Man o man a 365 Zercher…I have dreams like that…nice work ECO!
Nice cleans and Z’s, brother. I was planning on doing some Z’s tomorrow after squats.
