Don’t do a fast food bulk.

I feel like I shouldn’t have to elaborate.

pls end thread.
You don’t have to elaborate.

Christian Thibaudeau already did.

For people too lazy to read the article, Christian’s thesis is twofold:

 1. “Bulking” is kinda dumb.
 2. Bulking on junk food is even kinda dumber.

Yet Thibs himself essentially bulked up during his Olympic lifting years (Check out his transformation article, it’s old I know) and then dieted down to the pictured you included. Worked for him and he also states that he is more of an athletic coach (and a damn good one at that) than a bodybuilding coach.
“I trained hard, sometimes twice a day. I took every supplement known to man, yet I still just looked like a fat guy who lifted weights. Which is, of course, exactly what I was. Why, oh why was I not a lean, muscular Adonis? Was it a genetic curse? Nope, just old-fashioned lousy dietary habits.”

–Christian Thibaudeau

Hey, like I said, not everyone cares about being healthy and looking good naked. If one’s only goal is filling out that XXXL sweatshirt, and putting another plate on the bar, then yeah. Pigging out on cheap calories and low-quality protein has its merits. U can has as many cheezburger as you can eats. Lord knows we need more fat guys who lift weights, and who look the part.
