Seachel: HAHAHA, thank you and thank you for stoppin in! And man dudette, your a strong gal, that 315 squat was cool beans! It wasn’t always over a half ton, its strange thinking back how 300lbs seemed so heavy lol. I know the leg press gets a lot of negativity but its been one of the best things for building my squats, especially since I leg press with a narrow stance and back squat with a wide stance. Its funny how I got my leg press epiphany, I was helping my cousin install a new transmission in his truck and we were under it I could not really use my arms so I had to “leg press” the transmission . Man that was a fight and afterward I was so frustrated thinking I could have back squatted that amount of weight easy so why did I have so much trouble leg pressing it?
Its a different strength skill duh dumb dumb I said to my self, so since then I’ve thrown leg presses into my routine and they’ve done nothing but good for me.
Also, I gotta say its been awesome to log my work here and look at other peoples logs, its like being in a gym full of the most awesome hard working, motivating and diverse people!
Great to see the “Keg” Runs man…They have helped out my strength a lot.
And I totally agree with you about posting on here, it is like being surrounded with great partners. I find myself getting super excited to see people do well even though I have never met them in person.

I pulled a truck twice, for 15 ft for as fast as I can (about 9 seconds both times). And then woke up the next day feeling like I was hit by it.
Lifting strumpet: hahaha maybe in the future! Thanks for stopping in!
Seachel: I know, I felt fine yesterday but today my CNS was fried today, between that and tight hip flexors squats were the hardest they’ve been in awhile. Thanks for stopping in!

Bulgarian split squats w/ DB-10x5-100lb
Leg extensions-10x10-75lb
notes: I loved the Bulgarian split squats! I just gotta get used to the movement before I pack on the weight, I wanted my sets to be with 200lbs but I was having a hell of a time maintaining balance with that heavy a weight and learning the movement. Also, on my warm up for squats ,if anyone is curious, I front squat ramping up in weight to a heavy triple then transition to back squat making 50-100lb weight jumps till I hit work set weight.

I don’t know if I’ve said this before but for the farmers walks I use old telephone poles. And today my cousin saw how I have them set up and he asked what I use them for so I told him and he said “hahaha yeah right you can’t carry those they’re to heavy”. So I picked them up and walked with them lol. He jut stood there and look at me like wtf, then said well thats dumb why would you want to do that, then walked away lol. That scenario made me think of the vid below, I watch it all the time I love it!
