Death by Squats @ 155lbs : for 5 min squat do not rack the bar,stopped counting at 50 from then on it was 5 reps take 5 breaths repeat till the timer went off!That was the longest 5 min of my life! When the timer went off, ooohhh man that was the sweetest sound, the only thing that could compare would be if kate upton walked in and said she was all mine lol. I got these from an article of coach Thib’s, where he talks about a hungarian wrestler who would squat for 1 set 8 min with 135lbs, 30% of his max, my goal was to do it with 225 but settled for 155, soooooo glad i did.
