From this date, I’ve decided to change my routine and diet a bit.

Diet: going to wave the calories less, and also cut the total weekly cals from 20,000 to 19,300. I think waving less for now will work good for a while, and when I start to plateau, I’ll make another change. Also cutting total cals because 1: I’ve lost weight, and 2: I’ll be training less intensely.

Training: My back and right hip/sciatic have been bothering me lately, probably a combination of more work at my job and a bit of overstraining in the gym. Going to concentrate on my upping my bench and learning/applying one leg training, while cutting out the barbell snatch/full overhead squats, heavy squats and deadlifts.

All this to give my back a rest for a while. I want to learn one leg squats and deads and work on them because I’ve found my right leg is tons stronger than my left.

I’ll be training Mon, wed, thurs, fri. Benching and one leg work mon, wed, fri, and thurs - power cleans, good mornings, etc. I may add in light squats and deads as well…
