Do you snore ? Have you been tested for sleep apnea ? Have you done a sleep study ?
I consistently got 6-7 hours ‘sleep’ every night but was always tired. Turned out that I had pretty bad sleep apnea and whilst I was asleep for hours every night the quality of the sleep was extremely poor. Both losses and gains in weight can effect sleep apnea.
Same for me. Turned out I also had severe sleep apnea. Now that I have my cpap I can’t imagine sleeping without it.
Same here, even if I only use my machine for part of the night, I am must more rested in the morning. I had no idea I even had an issue and found out surprisingly it was severe.

Hemoglobin is right in the middle of the “normal” range.
I haven’t been checked for sleep apnea. My wife says I don’t snore as much as I did previously. I lost about 80lbs over the last few years.
That’s good . People that gain weight or are already heavy most likely have sleep apnea . And losing all that weight for sure will drain you. Sleep apnea will also raise your hematocrit greatly . Made me so tired and found out I had hemochromatosis . Look into it . They have to do a gene testing to find that . Rule both out and go from there my man. Congrats on losing that weight

Just a quick update. I eliminated the HGH in the morning and my lethargy went away.
I also went to SubQ pinning instead of IM.
I feel great!

Yeah, when I read what you wrote, I decided to scrap doing any in the morning. I do my whole dose at night now and that took care of it.
