I´m on a tight budget right now and I don´t know if I could afford another supp. If you had to choose between Flameout and FA-3, which one would you take (i know this is not ideal)?
While I believe it’s possible to achieve the effects of FA=3 through eating foods (but definitely not easy), it’s much harder to achieve the effects of Flameout through eating foods.

woohoo!! more pills to swallow!! eh at least I don’t have to worry about “fish oil burps” with this product
when CT is talking about sweating profusely from using this product, what’s the theory behind the actual physiological mechanism that is taking place?? The only thing that comes to my mind is something I heard YEARS ago about “if you take in too much EFA’s your body will raise its metabolism to burn off the excess”
I have no idea in what context I heard that…just remember something similar to that idea???

Thyroid upregulation. Lauric acid has been shown to increase thyroid levels and (or) sensitivity.

When CT was talking about “burning up” I assume he was talking about a thermogenic effect. Can you comment on how FA3 will aid fat loss?
I have seen a distinct difference in metabolism. I’m an easy responder… my body changes quickly, so the effect I got might be magnified to what others will get, but the potential to increase metabolism is real.
Thib mentioned at the end of the video how this would enable you to get more EFA’s in without having to increase fat intake. And while I can understand that and the elegant simplicity behind a supplement like this, it’s also clear that we eat various fat-containing foods (coconut and coconut oil, avocados, olives, nuts, seeds, etc.) for more than just their bounty of quality fats. As such, it seems like taking this supplement when already eating foods like the ones above and using Flameout would add extra calories to the mix if taking in any noticeable dosage.
The oleic and linoleic acid are quite easy to come by in the diet, however I can see the value in adding GLA and lauric acid in a supplement form, since those are harder to rack up in significant amounts. Would you still advise considering this as an addition to a diet rich in healthy fats + supplemental Flameout? I get the feeling from the intro that you’d suggest making the dosage inversely proportional to the amount of other fat being eaten in whole foods.
I don’t like the idea of including so much linoleic acid. we usually get enough/way too much of that to throw off our balance of alpha linolenic acid:linoleic acid anyway
It sounds like with the release of this product and with the experimental arms workout posted (which seems to take place after filming for I, Bodybuilder), it feels like I, Bodybuilder could be upon us sooner then we think. This is the optimistic take here but it just seems like a good arrival time.

Is there no way they could’ve combined FA3 and Flameout into one product to bring the monthly cost down.
I wouldn’t want these two supplements to be made into one product. It seems they have different optimum timing for delivery and if thats the case then combining them may make them less effective.
Now a “fatty” bundle pack of the two would be nice though to get me to try it out.

From what I understand the body converts some LA into GLA anyways so it shouldn’t be a problem.

Nice failure on an attempt for a cheap laugh.
You’re probably right, considering I’m an animal rights advocate.
It’s just the way I talk/write, and it’s why I don’t get invited to many parties.

Yeah, as one of the many american influences on my humour, you’re partly to blame for the way in which nothing I say or write is sacred anymore. Which really doesn’t do me much justice, as I care about a lot of things. I care, deeply. I hope the commies win that cold war, and Gorbachev taxes every flthy yankee word that comes out of your mouths.
Part of my evening routine when I get home from work is to take a tablespoon of coconut oil then my protein shake. I notice in about 60 minutes that my body heat starts to crank.
