Extremely Low Sex Drive, Low Libido

Hi guys, just looking for some help/feedback

In 2018 I took testosterone enanthate for 6 weeks and stopped and then a few weeks later I took testosterone sustanon and tren for about 2-4 weeks. I then didn’t do any pct. Fast forward to now and I haven’t had any to little libido or sex drive since (2018) after I stopped the steroids. I recently did a hormone blood and a thyroid blood test. Can any one tell me what I can to get my libido back from my blood test results. I did a pct in June this year for 5 weeks, took nolva 20mg EOD. I felt a little tiny something (like the sex drive waiting to come but but struggling to) in my head on days when I took the 20mg nolvadex but on days I didn’t there was nothing at all.
I believe I have an under active thyroid but am not sure.
Help would really be appreciated. Thanks to everyone in advance. Lab work posted, got lab work this this month. Thyroid and hormone lab work

You did a PCT just out of the blue, like no cycle beforehand?

@systemlord knows a thing or two about thyroid stuff I believe

Curious why your SHBG is still super low, esp after running a SERM. Liver issues, diabetes, obese?

I have sickle cell anemia. Which I didn’t realise I had till around 2021. Tbf this is the second hormone blood test I did after taking nolva, I did one before as I wanted to get on Trt and my SHGB was 16. And my testosterone was in normal range so they wouldn’t give me trt. The nolva I took was gentech 20 mg EOD . So it’s dropped from 16 to 13

Your TSH is way too high. Should be closer to 1

Estradiol is too high for your testosterone and your prolactin is way too high as well.

You should go see a good hormone replacement doc to get your levels optimized.

I tried to get on Trt, I did a basic blood test for the company, which looked at testorone, free test and SHGB and they saw my testorone and free test was normal so they refused to get me a trt doctor

Are you in the UK by chance? Do have access to a TRT clinic? There are several good ones. A lot of guys use Defy Medical which is all done by phone and online? If you’re in the UK, I have no idea how to help you.
