Finding a UK/European TRT Clinic that will prescribe (having difficulty, levels not low enough🤦‍♂️)

Hey guys, I need some help.

I’m having issues finding a clinic that will help me, I’m in the UK.

The problem is that, though I have all the symptoms (extremely low libido, never morning erections, very low energy and brain fog, constant tiredness, trouble recovering from exercise, and others) - my levels are apparently not low enough to receive treatment according to some.

Also I think the fact that my total is not low also is making it difficult. My free T is on the lower side and that seems to be the thing causing all the issues and the more important metric from what I have been learning.

For context my last blood work results were:

Total T - 25.5Nmol/L or 735 ng/dl

Free T – 0.366 / 10.5 ng/dl

Is there anywhere you think might be willing to help and prescribe treatment to me?

Open to any possible solution, virtual clinics, clinics in other European countries, or anything else you can think of.

I believe that a European prescription would be fine for me here to use in England. So if a clinic in Belgium or in Europe elsewhere would be more likely to help that would be really helpful if you knew somewhere that would.

Please suggest any ideas you think could work.

I want to avoid the UGL route if at all possible, I think that would make it too hard to travel etc.
Finding proper doctor oversight would be really helpful. And UGL will be a last resort only.

I just really want to feel better.

I can get virtual blood work monitoring & feedback separately if needed.

But I’m looking for somewhere that would be open to giving me a prescription for testosterone and HCG that I can use to buy with in the UK, and also have as documentation for when travelling.

Really appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.
Any recommendations would be a life saver.

With all due respect in regards of lacking information. Question is whether you put all your apples in the same basket? Have you ruled out any other reasons as to why your testosterone may be low? Stress? Overtraining? Other medication/illness?

TRT seems to be a honeytrap, in my opinion. As for me, an aging trainee with bodybuilding aspirations, it would be suitable if a low T presents itself, in order to make the use acceptable and thus easier to build more muscle. I can’t help but find many fellow trainees on here, following that route.

Why don’t you try a safer alternative for starters: Combine Tongkat ali, Fadogia agrestis and Ecdysterone for 3 months - from a legit vendor (preferably GMP verified manufacturers)? Never mind the hype, it actually works to some extent (though obviously NOT TRT).

I wouldn’t trust Free t testing outside the US.

What is your SHBG?

My free T here is from a calculator based of my SHBG and Albumin :+1:

You don’t need TRT. Your hormones (at least the ones you posted) look fine

Do you have the rest of your blood test results? Free T looks ok, though as you said it’s calculated.

I went through these (live in London): https://balancemyhormones.co.uk/ ; from first call, started treatment 3 weeks later.

They will ask you for 2 blood test results and then have a call with you to discuss. (You can use their testing facilities or if you have your own within the last 3 months). They are pretty knowledgeable and you could advise them what you wrote above. Just depends on your other blood metrics.
