Extreme HIT 30-10-30 Metabolic Challenge

It looks to me that you’re on a roll. I would not cut back any on your calories. You can always cut back in another month and lose 5 or 6 pounds.

How do like the Plazma and Mag-10?

If you’re asking about taste… plazma tastes fine but I would rename the other one GAG 10

lol

They both taste approximately the same to me. Are you adding the flavoring to Mag-10?

Now, I’m second guessing my measuring… I make a big batch a day ahead for both my son and I… perhaps I’m putting too much mag 10… will double check…believe it or not, I was actually pretty good in math

The scoop in Mag-10 is much smaller than the scoop in Plazma.

@markh501 Be really cool if you could do the video below correctly for anyone doing the program who is not familiar with poses… for others, feel free to use this video as comic relief

I will happily try to post up a “collage” of myself demonstrating the poses from past contest photos if anybody thinks that would be of any help ?

brain fart… forgot exercise #6 … did a few minutes after this video… speaking of brain farts… realized I’ve been mixing double amount of mag10… so that’s why it tasted bad… now have to order more or I’ll run out…

How’d you get the washing machine to sync with the clock, ha ha . Nice videos!

Just watched your latest two videos Ricky and my brother and I both noted that it looks like you’ve already been making significant progress in just two weeks! I’m blown away

Ricky,

You are absolutely bigger in the #7 video Metabolic Challenge. You are focused, your form is superb, and you have the bottle and drinking down to a T. This is the way the plan should be attempted and completed. Keep going and be sure and get plenty of sleep.

I have also recognized progressive development in Ricky’s physique in a short period of time.

I think Ricky’s experiment should be awarded with a separate thread under Dr Darden’s forum. Is it possible (sanctioned by Dr Darden)? A better way to follow progress.

Ricky, not ever having seen or known much about the kind of machine you are using to get these body fat etc etc readings could you tell us a little about how it connects to your body to get these many readings and how does it work? There’s a bunch of figures on the left side, 1m , 2c etc. what do those represent?
Thanks
Scott

The numbers on the left refer to the day of the 35 day program…. 1 to 35, and the M refers to morning weighing and the E to evening weighing

We appear to have, at least temporarily, regressed… perhaps normal, first day after a workout?, though I usually see water retention (edema) day after, but that is when I do leg presses which were absent from yesterday’s, and I did not find DB squats to be that demanding from a global perspective)

oh and google InBody 270 for more info on body composition apparatus that I’m using…

I am attempting to follow the program as closely as possibly. As such, would it be detrimental to replace DB squats in challenge #9 with my leg press machine? I’m thinking I could handle the max 25 lbs that you’re saying your strongest guys use, but I’m just not “feeling” this exercise (ambiguous, I know)… on the other hand, you may have good reason to include this particular exercise choice?

I’m surprised no one has made mention of my “Mickey” in the pullover machine poster.

I used to have a small picture of Mickey on my workout room wall with a bunch of other pictures but every time I looked at it I was reminded that he was probably sedated and had no idea what he was doing so that sort of took the fun out of it.
