If it were me, and I wanted size plus being lean like the “natty’s” on IG, I’d run a bulk with high test (maybe something else added if you want), then cut with low test + low/mod Tren + Anavar. Bulk up, then clean it up while maybe adding a couple “recomp” lbs at the same time. But get your size on first.

More or less. I ran my cycle for 15 weeks, or maybe 14, I think I might have cut it a week short due to the eye injury. Why do you ask?

In my opinion it is because an advanced trainee carries nearly what he can carry. On The asymptotic curve of building muscle, his data point would be far to the right, meaning he carries say 85-95% of the muscle his body is able to hold. At that point building muscle becomes harder and harder and he’ll need either way more calories, more drugs, more weight on the bar, more reps or all of these. All of these at that point become more difficult to accomplish.
More calories can always be done but how much muscle will you gain at that point on a 20 lbs bulk, maybe 1-2 lbs? So if you only eat a small surplus (lean bulk) how long will this take and will the body produce the muscle selectively or will it just produce 50:50 fat and muscle? During a recomp, you’ll usually eat in a slight deficit or to maintain, this will then make it even more improbable that the body goes further near its genetic limit.
A fat advanced Trainee also does not need to recomp, what he needs is in my opinion a good cut, which preserved nearly all muscle and sheds the fat.
I can’t explain the molecular side if this, some say it’s myostatin which controls the genetic limitation.

Yes, at my body composition/level of fitness if I want to gain muscle and lose fat I’d have to use steroids at a dose of say higher than 300mg/wk and/or use any amount of oxandrolone higher than say 20mg/day, but I wouldn’t use oxandrolone unless it was prescribed to me through a clinic like the one @anon18050987 goes to
I know a few places in the US that prescribe. If I ever go back (I assume I will at some point) it’ll be on my agenda. Get 4-6 weeks worth and bring it back with a prescription as I believe doing so is legal
125mg of pharm grade test/wk equivalent to 1ml primoteston e2w is doing me very well. That’s my script. Did a brief experiment earlier this year. Went a few weeks without just to remind myself how bad it was to have a TT of like 200ng/dl… It sucks… SO much
I’m very greatful to have access to legitimate replacement here. It’s pretty cheap too, 40$ every 7-8 weeks. I’d use androgel IF it was cheaper. Despite it not working very well for me the highest dose DOES give me testosterone levels in the lower to mid normal ranges.
It’s about money for me… Alongside the ability to retain normal testosterone levels consistently, hence why I don’t like testosterone undecanoate protocols here. Takes forever to get dialled in and nadir TT is like 350ng/DL or lower for most. Not soul crushingly low, but not acceptable in my books. There is clinical literature indicative 350ng/DL is grounds for TRT! Yet that’s considered a normal, perfectly healthy level here.
Preferably I’m always above 500ng/dl

For Fluoxymesterone it is also 100 mg yes, also for MENT. It varies per compound.

You’re right, my brain must’ve shut down for a moment. Still, in Germany it is legally the same if you posses 637 mg of injectable testosterone or 100 mg MENT.

No, I said it’s legally the same, not that it’s legal.
Both is equally as illegal but you will not be prosecuted as a dealer and maybe you will not be prosecuted at all if it’s your first encounter with the authorities and you get lucky.
