See even tho Marvel writers never explained it this way, when the dudes that implanted him with adamantium did their thing, they must have made it so that his skeleton is connected with adamantium somehow or else it would be really easy for somebody like Thor or Juggernaut to just pull his head right off. Metal bones doesn’t affect the ligaments, tendons and soft structures that hold it all together.
Anyway the best way to kill Wolverine would be to fling him into outer space and leave him there or to weigth himn down with adamantium chains and throw him into an active volcano. He wouldn’t come back from either of those.

I’m going to show my geekyness right now, but that was tried. The Incredible Hulk ripped him in half and threw the pieces in different directions and Wolverine was able to drag his upper half back to his lower half and heal himself.
I am no expert, but surely the skeleton of a human does not cover every inch of your body? I mean, there is one helluva gap around your abs leading up to your heart.

Wolverine has gotten AIDS 20 times over from all the chicks he’s banged. His healing factor was able to cure it.
On the other hand, Juggernaut would be able to hit wolverine so hard he may be able to break the admantium. Of course, that would only be if juggs was wearing his vibranium helmet.
Wolverine is just one tough mother fucker to kill because he is tough enough to get out of deadly situations long enough for his healing factor to kick in. He’s also like supposed to be over 70 years old or something. Can’t pull one over on him… wait unless he’s had his memory erased in that story arc or not…
