Damn. I can’t drink milk and have cut out ALL dairy. I feel incredible. I’m looking for a non-dairy protein powder that has a lot of protein. Any suggestions?
Sorry, I only know of non-dairy protein powders that are low in protein. These include egg (whole and white), soy, rice, hemp, and pea proteins.

Any reason why you don’t want to make use of milk proteins?
I don’t eat any dairy at all. Only eggs, if you consider them to be dairy.

I dropped all dairy, oatmeal, wheat and alcohol because I am trying to eat as healthy as possible right now.

The following doesn’t apply if you are at the stage of lactose intolerance where even lactase enzymes are no help, but…

If in pursuit of health, you have dropped whey and casein protein powders because they are dairy derivatives, you are doing something horribly wrong.

You need to read The China Study. You’ll learn why no humans should consume dairy and how the consumption of casein leads to cancer. You will learn how cancer patients who stopped consuming dairy all had their tumors cease growing.

In the mean time, list for me all the nutrition books and medical studies you have read to backup your statement that avoiding dairy derivatives is horribly wrong.

I read part of a similar study done in Europe that took all grain out of cancer patients’ diets and the tumors ceased growing and started shrinking.

Do you know if the China Study has been duplicated at all? One experiment means nothing without repeat success.

I just got the book and haven’t finished reading it. BTW, The China Study is the name of the book. I think I remember reading about a study that was called “The China Study Part II” or something like that.

The fact that dairy and wheat is unhealthy is not new news at all.

It does need to be whole milk, part of the secret is all the saturated fat in the full fat milk. Although enjoy blowing liquid shit out your ass 10 times a day.

I can’t even begin to tell you what happened to me when I drank a quarter gallon of milk a couple years ago. That incident was the final proof to me that milk is not healthy.

I’ve been on GOMAD for almost a month, and haven’t had any of the negative effects anybody else has mentioned. I’ve put on 15 pounds since Dec. 1, and while I’ve put on some fat, it’s really not as much as I was expecting going into it. And surprisingly, I haven’t had any upset stomach issues, if anything it’s made me a little constipated, but nothing a little more fiber won’t solve

I was drinking maybe a 1/4 gallon of milk a day and was shitting so much i couldn’t walk normally because my asshole was so dry and bloody from wiping it so much. Needless to say i think i am somewhat lactose intolerant and avoid milk most of the time. I was also very bloated too from it.

I drank a gallon of whole milk for about 8 months.

It didn’t make me shit weird.

I did get a little bloated, but oh well.

I did gain some fat, but I’m taking care of that now.

If I went back, I would do it all over again.

It was 2400/4000 calories for me, so roughly 50% of my diet.

A bit of bloating and uncomfortableness to get used to for the first few days, but once I got passed the first few days it became very easy. I was simply aiming to add some muscle to my frame and didn’t really give a toss about being lean so was perfect for me. Gained 45lb-ish over a 6 month period but also a 6-7 bf% increase on GOMAD. But it’s worth noting that I was also eating like a horse, lots of chicken and beef dinners.

It ain’t for everybody, but I doubt I’ll ever do any mass gaining without it again. I still get through 3 or 3 litres a day to make up some calories.
