Experience w/ Precision Nutrition or Metabolism Advantage?

Hi, I am new here and am interested in following a nutrition plan that will be healthy and help maximize gains in the gym. I took a look at his book and the meals seem really healthy but I was wondering if anyone knows how much to expect to spend a week on the food and/or supplements (protein, fish capsules, Greens+, etc). I guess a general geographic location of where you live would be helpful too to adjust for cost of living/groceries. Thanks for your help.

PS Any bragging of personal results as a result of following suggestions would just add additional motivation for me, so bring it on!

If you figure that you stop spending money on crappy stuff, stop eating at restaurants, and just buy good food, then the price is pretty much a wash.
