I’m on “self prescribed TRT”, and have been for a couple of years now, but haven’t really cared enough to really dial it in. But i care now. It feels like i have low estrogen a lot, especially at doses under 170mg per week. 170mg will feel good for a day or two, maybe even like high E2 at one point, but then not. I have not been able to do blood work yet, but i have when i have done cycles, and on 500mg test e per week, injected every 3 days, my E2 was 75pg/ml, which is not high, considering my test dose. I have done that test on two separate 500mg test e cycles, with the result being the same. Although i only have access to the non sensitive test, unfortunately.
Given that my E2 levels on cycle aren’t that high, if i’m injecting about a third of that, does it make sense that my estrogen could be too low on the troughs?
I’m also thinking i’ll move on to EOD dosing, and see how that feels. I have low SHBG, so i suspect my peaks can be pretty high. Maybe 200mg/week divided on eod will give me good E levels. But i think i will have very high test levels then…
