Exercise = Orgasm

This study says it does, for some women.

“Herbenick and her colleagues used online surveys to gather their data, which included answers from 124 women who had experienced exercise-induced orgasms and 246 women who reported exercise-induced sexual pleasure.”

Remember, this is GAL not the Forum that must not be named that just went bye-bye

Exercise is an organism? How does it reproduce?

Orgasm*

It’s just not fair!!!

Leg raises?

Giggity giggity.

Oh lol, so the forum that shall not be named is gone for good. Fair enough.

BTW, did you intentionally mispell the title, brah?

Funny. At first I thought ‘that’s not how it works’… but then I read the thread title again.

Mods, please fix my spelling error. It should be orgasm, not organism

Sorry folks.

I thought you spelled it as such on purpose… so it wouldn’t get removed.

Oh, and I recall DebraD talking about this very thing once.

Roman chair situps? Yes!

The good old days of TN.

My wife gets happy pants from leg raises.

Didn’t Arnold say something along these lines, regarding himself, in both Pumping Iron and his Education of a Bodybuilder book?

No. He said it’s like cumming, or better than cumming.

Not the same as actual cumming.

By the way, when I was in high school, one of my classmates watched Pumping Iron and later told me he thought the part was funny where Arnold said he cums all over himself in the gym.

People hear what they wanna hear… OR they have shitty comprehension skills.

lol

I would never miss a training session if it had a pay off like that.

Men can have this too. It’s effort related, and tends to be associated with quads or hamstring work as well as how loaded the ‘gun’ is. In other words, if you haven’t shot your wad in a while it’s more likely.

I vaguely remember reading something by Alwyn Cosgrove where he mentioned a client who had that happen to her while doing hanging knee raises. It was years ago, but I’m pretty sure it was hanging leg raises.
