Ladies & Gentlemen,
I’ve not long been a member / reader of T-Nation, but I can say without doubt, that I love this place and it has become one of my top three most visited sites from day to day. I have also made excellent progress with my health and fitness so far, thanks in large part to what I have learned and applied here.
That’s the nice part over…
I’m sort of sorry to make this my first post, but I’ve just found something that was so absolutely shockingly ridiculous that I had to vent a little… and I couldn’t think of any place better than here to do so.

It’s… the worst thing I have ever seen sent out to the masses… I think ever.
Like many of you I’m sure… I have been round the houses trying everything to transform my body, except what works. Knowing what I know now about exercise and nutrition, this website appals me.
And ‘The Lady Doctor’, as attractive as she may be… is an absolute whore for connecting herself with this, in my opinion.
I’m sure I’ll make some more positive posts in the future Guys, but let’s start with a bang!!
