don’t forget that is only for 4 hrs. That would be 2 presenters for only 2 hrs total 
and that would put us around $100 per person

JFit…have you checked with the MNCPPC ? It wouldn’t be very glamorous, but there’s an elementary school down the street from me where we hold our annual homeowner’s meetings. You can get the gym for either free or a hundred bucks…

Jfit…you might also want to check with the Univ. of MD…ESPECIALLY if you could hold the even when they’re classes aren’t in session…say Spring Break…
I worked for a company and we held a retreat there for executive staff. We got a good room in the Student Union for cheap.
Bowie State, or Univ. of MD University College would probably also be cheaper than commercial hotels…

Yeah, I kind of gave up.
I just don’t think I’m going to get 100 people to cough up $100 to get it off the ground.
A few on here spoke up, but getting 100 people to do so will be a feat.
It would be different if I could up front the money and then collect on the back end, but that ain’t happenin 
Oh well, it happens. It might not be the best time to try something like this considering how things might be financially for some people.
Maybe we can try again in a year or so.

It would be awesome if Biotest or T-Nation would step in and front the money/arrange everything. I’m sure there would be profit in it for them

Biotest wants nothing to do with it - Test Fest = jail time, divorces, and blackmail material.
