It’s really easy.
At the bottom of the page under the box for fast reply there is a link that says “go advanced”, click on the link and where it says attach image click on browse. Navigate to where your picture is(probably my photos)and click on the file. Then hit submit.

I think it actually holds a lot more. $2k is still a lot of dough when you add in the cost of presenters.
I guess it depends on how many people you can get to confirm up front then. If you could get 100 of us to pony up $100 in advance, then that would help.
