I vote for a Friday evening meet and greet that starts late in a hotel bar and we can go from there.
Saturday, two to four presenters, another booze and schmooze in the evening
Sunday, some sort of something like a brunch get together as the airline reservations get close, we just leave from there.
Presenters?
There are so many I would want to hear. AC, Mike Boyle, Stuart McGill, CT, CW, TC, Eric Cressey, Mike Robertson, Jarred from Subway…well, maybe not him.

jehova, have you tried contacting Nick Tumminello? He’s definitely the most local coach among the authors here so his total fee may not be as much, plus he’s got plenty of good info.
Good point Nate about the cost of attending an event.
While I do want to keep it as low as possible, I hope people realize that in order to get some of the bigger name (more popular) presenters, it will increase the cost of the seminar.
IMO $200 would be fair for a 2-day event with top notch presenters. Of course I realize that for those traveling with the cost of a plane ticket and lodging the amount adds up.
EDIT- also, after knowing how tight money is in college, I’ll probably offer a little bit of a discount for students.
While I’m not going to say money is no object, I have no issue with paying between $200-$400 for an event like this. That seems more than reasonable for a 2-day (or 1.5-day) event with good presenters.
If the presenters are asking too much money, then find someone else! There are plenty to choose from on T-Nation (and outside T-Nation). Below is a list of people I’ve seen and heard as presenters in various seminars (and it doesn’t include everyone).
Some of the better presenters I’ve heard include:
Dan John
Alwyn Cosgrove
Rachel Cosgrove
John Berardi
Eric Cressey/Mike Robertson
Dave Tate
Charles Staley
Josh Henkin and Keats Snideman
Anthony DiLuglio (met him at the Perform Better Seminar)
Dave Barr
Brian Grasso (met him at the Perform Better Seminar)
Chris Shugart
Bill Roberts
My “okay/pretty good” list of presenters would include:
Chad Waterbury
Lonnie Lowery
Mike Boyle
Joel Marion
Dr. Ryan Smith
People I would love to hear from or would also recommend considering include (I’ve only heard a couple of these people present):
Troy Anderson
Nate Green
Joe DeFranco (I’d really, really like to hear from him)
Jim Wendler
Zach Even-Esh
Cassandra Forsythe (met her at the Perform Better Seminar)
Charles Poliquin
Tim Larkin
Christian Thibaudeau
Jehovah…I’d consider presenting on jelqueing…my fee is 2 grand…would depend on my schedule, but I’d be willing to work with you…I know of at least 16 guys that have pm’ed me for my jelqueing journal that would be willing to pay upfront for this alone…

No updates as of now.
I’ve got a lot going on right at the moment, but I’ll start crunching some numbers in the next week or so along with contacting a few more presenters[/quote]
I can imagine you are extremely busy.
Not sure if you got my PM or not (mine have been unreliable lately) but I sent you mentioning Eric Talmant as a possibility. I know that he’d do it, and be thrilled to do it, if people wanted to hear him speak. Thought I’d throw that out there since we started speaking outside the realm of having solely contributors from the site.
