These are the last 6 albums I’ve listened to…I’m a huge metal head.
Devildriver - The Fury of Our Maker’s Hand
Fear Factory - Demanufacture
Pro-Pain - Act of God
Dark Tranquillity - Character
Soilwork - The Chainheart Machine
Pantera - Vulgar Display of Power
bunch of Tupac
bunch of Talib Kweli
A bunch of undergroud mixtapes
Diplomats: Juelz Santana
Mariah Carey’s new Album (shut up)
NWA
lot of Jay Z
Run DMC
Old DMX
Old Wu Tang Clan
System of a Down
Bee Gee’s
Chicago
Say what you will about the beegee’s they rapped about important stuff…
kanye west-college dropout
modest mouse-good news for people who like bad news
green day-american idiot
weezer-blue album (this one never leaves heavy rotation)
and beyond that, rotate some bad religion, nofx, RATM pretty often
Any thing by Bad Religion (just to piss me off)
Henry Rollins–Think Tank (to make me laugh)
Bob Dylan–Free Wheelin and Dealin’ (to hum along to)
Rollins Band–Weight/End of Silence (when I want to wail)
the Verve–Urban Hymns (For the Melancholy moods)
Muddy Waters 1947-54
Oh and the New Tom Waits album really kicks
One song I can’t stop listening to–“I’m gonna Crawl” by Led Zepplin (Reminds me of my wife)
Awesome thread–I really enjoy reading peoples music lists.

Could that be Mr. Rollins in your avatar? The dude kicks some major ass.
BLACK FLAG
Um…yes…and Henry Rollins happens to be the singer of the now defunct Black Flag.
Another band which also kicks some major ass. Angry stuff, yelling, pissing people off…It’s great stuff.

Aging punk rockers are funny! Most of the punkers I know hate henry rollins becuase he ruined black flag–whatever that means. He got on board about 1981 and they lasted until '86–pretty long for the punk scene. Anyway, I specifically left off black flag from my list because I find it it fuels my ADD–not that it doesn’t totally kick.
