Got my new car yesterday bit of a late Christmas present to myself after my last one packed up and died at Christmas. Also 1000 posts in this log pretty big milestone to hit.

trained 20 mins after waking up which is a worlds first for me, around a 30 min session again will see how productive I am since everyone is always raving about morning workouts.

Haven’t posted all of February not due to a lack of training but just a lack of free time to be posting about it. Changing to earlier morning training some days and shorter sessions has lead to me skyrocketing my productivity at home and also better sleep due to not taking any pre-workouts etc.

Stuck to the program and have been extremely conservative the first month up to these lifts now just for reference:
Deadlift
180 x 6 from final set of 531 week 3
Squat
105 x 3 x 8
Press
62.5 x 3 x 8
Bench
100 x 3 x 5 easily

all assistance weights are up as well a good margin just been focusing on habits of training and getting the sessions done is going well.

Been sticking to it pretty decently last month despite travelling around a bit

randomly tried to do a muscle up for the first time and I can actually do it somehow as well, still got no clue how you do it.

Did 100 pushups and 100 pullups every single day in May, absolutely ruined my hands on the pullups and was extremely hard to get it done but happy I managed to do it since it was for Charity just added the pullups as an extra challenge.

Went from 60 consecutive pullups max to 75, and 16 pullups to 26 which I’m very happy with.
Also did a 137.5kg Bench which is a lifetime PR and got more chest development than I’ve ever got from any program in just 1 month. Off to Sweden this week and then going to Asia for 3 weeks end of the month so will just try to get sessions in, been working on holding my breath for free swimming and looking at the fish and am up to 1 minute 30 as well
