went to Sweden with my mate and got on the piss Friday, Saturday on Sunday so not ideal for the old training schedule. Maxed out Thursday evening for fun

130 x 1 PR went for a double but my mate lifted the bar back to the rack after the first and I cramped my lat, fairly comfortable rep on the first

95 x 5 PR tough set but happy with this as well, my mate who did a 150 bench couldn’t get 2 with this weight, overhead and tricep strength is through the roof

cramped my mid back again after the deadlift top set so did some hamstring curls and bss and stretches, felt fine during squats though just need to be careful.

Pretty happy with the paused deadlifts in September last year I was barely able to do a double with 200kg and now can rep it paused
