For deadlifts it’s not the best lifting in a puddle half the time, still find it a lot more entertaining than being in a gym though

Got an axle for the gym, thinks it 6ft so just a bit short to fit outside of the Jcups but should be fine for assistance work.

8 mins straight of 45kg sled drags with my normal belt. Managed 17 laps around the lawn which is about 500 yards

Did conditioning since I have very bad doms from yesterday and have tendonitis in my right hand and wrist from gaming more whilst training hard. Right knee is also being clicky and dodgy of course.

Squat PR is nice but right knee is nonstop clicking during any kind of extension, 0 pain but will click even if I sit down and extend my leg. Not sure what to do in terms of treatment/ fixes as well.
