Taught the 4 foreign kids basics of boxing for 35 mins which was fun.
Today was one of the funnest gym session I’ve ever had. Will do the Bench workout tomorrow morning then off to Ireland. Also thinking of changing my log name since I’m not doing to much powerlifting related stuff. Suggestions?
