I haven’t really been, Ive just been wakng up too late to pack food, so was playing with the idea. Some of the PW ladies have actually been fasting, MiM included. It’s an interesting subject, but not something I know that much about. I’ve actually just been playing with listening to natural hunger cues to determine what my body thinks is maintenance. Over the last week, eating clean, it’s been about 2300. Which sems like a lot but makes sense, I’m not little, and I train almost everyday. So I think to lose some of this extra I need to hover around 2000. That’s completely doable.
You train in bjj right? You also lift (135 squat ain’t bad at all). I haven’t peaked at your training log but I"m assuming you eat relatively clean? It’s how much you eat sure, but it’s also what those calories consist of. 2000 calories of lean meat, healthy fats, veggies fruits etc is going to make you look/feel a helluva lot different than 2000 calories of Micky D’s, beers, and cake. Why do you feel you have to lose some extra? It seems that your activity level is high from the little I know about you from your ramblings. (BTW I’m not trying to convince you that you do or don’t … everyone has their own goals for their reasons) Of course, maybe the extra you want to lose is from not washing your hair for weeks (joke).
135 is awesome for me, but I’d like to be able to get out of Dallas’ triangle, and that starts with being able to control his 165lb ass. I’ll never be able to beat him ( I don’t think I could date a guy whose ass I could kick), but I’d like to survive longer.

My calories are pretty clean, I had a donut today though, ugh. I’m actually a vegetarian and currently trying to stay away from dairy so my diet is interesting to say the least. It’s pretty clean. I just need to plan things better. I had no time this weekend.

I need to be lighter to be competitive.

BA BOING BOING BOING

So I’m done recomping I think…

May be time to push up past 260.

I held 235-245 for awhile now, and leaned out quite a bit since November.

Although I still look like a girl at 240… :frowning:

And your still not fat, but weight class issues are a whole nother ball game

Have you seen girls at 240? I’ve rolled with them, they don’t really look like girls, so I’d say you’re not doing too bad.

That wasn’t even a thought, until you pointed it out… Anyway, like Beans said, there’s nothing wrong with a little extra weight. However, if you’re not comfortable with it, then you do what you have to do.

Good morning all…

Did you see Bean’s bulge?

240 pound women don’t have bulges like that…I don’t think, anyway.

Weight classes suck ass. I’m most comfortable at 145 to 150. It sound odd, but smaller then that I feel fragile, I’ve got a smallish frame and at 140 it felt like guys could actually break me. Currently I still feel ridiculously small rolling with some guys. I tried to drill mount escapes with a 260lber the other day and he just started laughing at me. 260 lbs sitting on your hips is not fun. It’ll be worth dominating the little girls though, I’ll be cleaning up below 135.

Ohhh, I didn’t know if you were India Indian or Native American Indian… But that makes more sense I guess.

My honkey ass is a minority where I live, nothing is exotic anymore.

My son is Biracial so I get dirty looks from whites AND asians walking in the mall with him, awesome. Mostly just old people though, younger generations don’t seem to notice outside of a few ignorant fools here and there.

We love the dirty looks, theyre hilarious!

I’m totally going to have to put up an ass pic, but I gotta wait and get something good in return…

Mah bulge got PMPM’s ass in poka dots, Mah ass has to deliver too. (Even though i’m sure the former is nicer than the later…)

gotcha … why’d you decide to become vegetarian? Have you always been a vege (raised on it) or was it a choice you made as you grew older?

It was my attempt to be succinct at explaining that I was raised that way, but being vegetarian is not a religious thing for Hindus. No beef is, but no meat is not, not meat just evolved to be part of the culture of different regions of India.

Can I start posting cute babies along with the lol cats?
