If I feel like I need more TUT I will, or if my form isn’t ideal on my top set, because it is a bit too heavy, I will drop a few pounds and do another set with higher reps.
Mostly I don’t go back down though.

When I was doing BBB pretty much everything was like that because you’re trying to stay in the rep range with limited rest so I ended up doing that for a few months. It ended up being like:
Squats
warm up then
315x10
275x10
225x10
185x10
135x10
with one minute rest between sets
Then I writhed on the floor trying not to puke
lots of fun :P, and it worked great while I was gaining weight fast but was too much volume otherwise
I was really bad and had rice with dinner…white rice!!
