Damn it was hard this morning to fire my employee, but I stuck to my guns and didnt get sucked into the crying and arguing

Awesome.
Jlo and I are leaving 26th for a cruise adults only with three other couples. No cell phones and food/alcohol for 6 days. We are very excited. [/quote]

We do our family vacation and then we take some days for just Jlo and I every year. We stay so busy with the kids and work, we really try to remember that we are the two who started all this life. Its important for sanity and to stay in love.
Plus to get her out of the house and she can be vocal during sexy time is always a great thing
So…I have a question: the new casino opening up in Atlantic City announced today that they are going to have “term limits” on positions with high guest contact (Cocktail servers, bartenders, dealers, bellhops, promotions workers, valets and front desk hosts) which would be 4-6 years. After which employees will have to reapply for their jobs AND compete with new applicants. The local union says this is “age discrimination”. What do you all think?

Interesting. Are you 3rd party contracted employees? Or actually employees of the Casino?
