I am not Mormon. (Although I have stayed in SLC)

Ex-Catholic, but that didn’t play into it.

I can create a Cliff’s Notes version for friends if they really want to know.

Horny dude + bareback = 9 kids
Every child was planned. Except #9.

I can’t think of a reason why 8 was the planned number. Were you on some “Rule the world” kick?

The wind is bending the trees outside my apt, pretty cool to watch.

Downside to having a pregnant Clinical Instructor (CI): Crazy mood swings, sickness, everything I do is wrong, potential for crazy pregnancy strength

Benefits: When she leaves for the day at 8 am, I get lots of experience treating all our patients. And I get to sleep in for the first day in a long time.

I have never heard this before.

Pic unrelated

It was incremental.

Right.

And you take about the same amount of pills as I do. Minus the HOT-ROX.

Text to my brother: 100 KB swings. I actually threw up in my mouth a little.

His response: That’s what winning tastes like.

Lol
Your brother is awesome.

I will finally get to watch Captain America!!!
Yeah, but I would never actually tell him that.

I am so glad this is my last semester of physics. I like dabbling in quantum field theory by reading, but i hate actually doing math for physics far more basic. I have a more engineering mind.

pregnancy strength? lol

Speaking of…I think we are pretty much done at 2 kidlets.
I wouldn’t mind having one more but only if I could be guaranteed it was a girl. My daughter really wants a sister and my sons life would be over if there was another boy he had to share his Daddy with. He his Daddys boy all the way.

x2 except replace “girl” with “boy”

I can’t handle more than 2 girls.

Especially if a third one was as gorgeous as my other two (no to brag or anyhting, but…I’m fucked in the future)…

So, we’re 98% sure we’re done.

Inky—fraid so. She is stupid strong. She has helped me a lot with lifting through the years. I think she benched 225 shirted here recently.

Also…I am fairly confident that I will never bench 225. I like your style, though.
I stopped here as this irked the hell out of me.

You can do damn near anything you set your mind to, physically. Do not set limits on yourself, woman. Judging from your personality and what you’ve accomplished, thus far, you damn sure can do anything you want to do. Just get out there, get your ass off your shoulders, and DO IT!!!

Motivational speech over.

Sup ya’ll.
Hey Rod did you have a flash back to that argument we had with everyone in that thread about girls and bench?

You have seen the picture of my girls and my grandson.

When they hit 13 you will never sleep soundly or smile in pictures until they graduate college.

Normally you guy by girlie names and I thought this was a new one. So you’re not frenchie?

Blarg. Today is killing me already.

Cliff notes:
-Worked at a commercial gym in college. Never signed a non compete.
-moved out of state to do research for nine months and hated it.
-got offered a job as S&C coach at university I attended. Took it.
-Fell into co-owning/taking over a pretty sweet private training studio thats been around for about 5 years. Love this. Train very little here, but do a lot of work “on” the business.
-Boss at old gym from way back when calls my clients (that she knows about somehow) and told them that they should stop training at my facility because I signed a non compete.(she KNOWS this is not true)
-Called to address issue. She says “Its just business. I didnt tell them anything concrete. I just said you might have.”

Surely this is illegal, right? Slander? I dont know. Anyone with experience here?
