So…do you REALLY need to take HOT-ROX with 8 ounces of water? That’s like the hardest thing about taking it. Can’t I take it with my protein shake instead?
On an empty stomach too…very important.
That part’s easy. I just take it when I wake up. I searched the HOT-ROX threads and there was no definitive answer on whether you HAD to take it with 8 oz of water. I can take it with water, no problem. But it takes me like 15 minutes to drink the 8 oz of water.

Just ran for 45 min in my Vibrams, this is remarkable, since I cannot run any kind of distance for shit.
I went to order…they no make in size 15.
Jesus Christ, size 15, you must be pretty tall. I am a size 12 and am 6’1. I recommend you go to a store and try them on, the sizing is kinda weird. Definitely worth it though.

I hated running distance because it would kill my back, knees, and hips. Not with the Vibrams. They correct your form automatically, I feel pretty damn good actually.

These have saved me because I am feeling alot of the bumps and lumps from football years ago, and these make my life better. Feels like my body is more efficient when I move, I cramp alot less, and my fatigue is reduced quite a bit.
Found them, bought them. Euro size 47, perfecto. Squats and deadlift in them tomorrow.
im glad i read all of this. i am going to buy new shoes this week and was considering a pair of those but wasnt sure, Ill definitely go try some on now. Thanks dooods
I was VERY impressed with these shoes first day out doing legs and deadlifting. I am going to go buy another pair I’m a different model and try cardio in them.
What is in the gallon jug?

That would be my training partner’s jug of BCAAs, my 2000ml Nalgene bottle filled with an absurd amount of ANACONDA and MAG-10 is out of the picture.

I’ve never had Nutella.

I really just want to pound Diet Coke on ice to be honest.

Gasp! Nutella is to chocolate, what crack is to cocaine. A highly concentrated and more addictive form.

Maybe I shouldn’t be trying it then.

Anybody ever watch the tv show Skinny Dip with this woman from eastern Canada(cute accent)?
http://www.travelandescape.ca/Showpage.aspx?sid=25825

If she asked you to go for a skinny dip with a bunch of strangers in the wilderness, would you go?
Even if it was winter?

I say yes!
