SC was great! Iām back in Columbus nowā¦but I did get to workout at the BrickHouse. Heat index in SC was 110 that day, no AC just fans at the gym. The bars were actually hot to the touch. Brutally sweaty workout. Never been that sweaty before.

While itās not as hot out here, with the amount of people in our gym, itās pretty bad as well. I love it that wayā¦when Iām adjusted to it.

I sweat like a hog, between working out in my garage and the gym I go to we do a lot of outside work. So now I went all 80s and brought back the sweat bands for my wrists. That way I can chalk less frequently and wont slip holding a bar.
Even working out at 5 in the morning its 80 degrees and 90% humidity right now.
God Cali weather is the best! LML.
Maine I luffs ur cookieface she so cutiful!
Enough with the kids, already.
Beast - was diagnosed with a condition at 17 that made me infertile for life. Iām ok with it most days of the year. I keep myself busy with work, training, diving and traveling. The husband never really wanted kids either and felt he hit the jackpot when he met me. Itās a little harder at christmas and such but I babysit often - Iām close to my bro and his family and that makes it easy for me to share in their joy. Perhaps someday adoption but I donāt see that happening in the near future.
Any plans for minibeasts?
HS - kinda turned on, is that wrong? lol
DJHT- POIDH! lol. Massive weight on the bar and neon 80ās wrist wraps. too cool.
Hallowed - you remember her nickname! I keep telling her to stop growing but it isnāt working much. Also they are starting to have to practice a little ādisciplineā terrible 2ās coming up and all. You should see the waterworks when she needs to sit on her chair for a 1 minute time out! lol the drama. too funny. I need to go in another room so she doesnāt see me laugh when it happens. bad auntie.

The wife threatened to buy me neon pink, but thank the Lord she bought me just black. I wore them for around 6 workouts and they started to smell like a roadkill. Glad she bought me a three pack. I might have to break out the head band. ![]()
