I lift to get bigger and I have hard time putting on weight… I make strength gains easily… I noticed this early on when I discovered I could bench the entire stack on the bench press machine when I only weighed 132 lbs… Long story short I do a lot of supersets, strip sets, lifting to failure, and every other looney method ever invented… Currently I weigh 186 lbs with 15 inch arms, a 44 inch chest, my legs kinda suck at 24 inches… Anythign more you wanna know???
