Well Chim I hope you enjoy the time home. Will you be there about 3, 4 weeks? The Ballet was fine. One of the guys had spectacular glutes, hammies and quads. Three of us commented about the glutes at the same time
He put all the other ballet boys to shame. He definitely lifts. Hallowed you should find Chim’s stuff. He had a bunch of before and progress pics in the nutrition section. He has made amazing progress.

They sell it at H&M! They are clearly for men. I have the Captain American one pictured,I got a Iron Man one,and a Batman one. Girls love the Batman one. Women love Captain America.
@Hallowed-Shes found someone else to Stalk now! =D

You’re right about the quotes.
Do you not find the intervals on treadmills really awkward?
Three months isn’t too bad, how are you on calories? Are you starting out decently high with a drop later on, or just steady calories for a while?
Treadmill is fine for the long circuits sprint one minute slowish jog two minutes. Would NOT work for the fast intervals.
Cals are good. My coach handles all of that shit thank god I don’t have to think about it anymore. He is great at what he does and known for being the rare fitness coach that does not starve his girls or kill them with endless cardio. Im far from a fitness girl but catch trickles of the politics in that world and its crazy! Apparently his approach is a real threat to some coaches.
You mean not starving girls then killing them with cardio is threatening? Sometimes I really dislike the fitness industry.
It would be nice to have someone else tell you what to do though.

I’ve recently started “sled pushing” with an upside down plyo-box on top of a stretching mat as my sled. Much more fun than regular cardio.
I got in trouble the other day for pushing/pulling my truck in the street. I was like officer, it’s 5:30, how many college students do you know that are even up at this hour that would even come close to this street?
…yeah, whatever. Just park it in the parking spot.
Haha, did you try hitting him?
That sucks though, pushing cars is pretty fun stuff.
I still do it, not like the cops roll by at 5:30 every morning, because really there isn’t a donut shop anywhere close to campus.
