Chim, nice Avi! IH gets all the good pics. Yep, still carrying the trap bar.
I feel like you could start a fitness trend with that. You’d just have to come up with a catchy name… like “a long walk with my trap bar: how one woman realized her goals”
ha, well i love the title but i doubt i could find anyone to want to join the trend. that sucker’s heavy!

I tried to find a video but I can’t bring myself to watch them. I was referencing Tracy Anderson “trainer” of the stars.

Oh herrrrrrrrrr…yuck…that’s why I did the joke video for the trainer. Curling pink barbells that maybe weigh 1 pound. He cracked up.

Haha, nothing wrong with toning up!

Hola everyone! Just got out of the gym. Got bitched at for deadlifting and creating too much noise and using chalk (apparently against the rules though I’ve never been told that in 6 months of lifting there). It’s a good thing I generally have my own rule of not listening to morons at commercial gyms.
I go to a commercial gym but it’s 3 floors and the “management” doesn’t seem to care about anything but bringing in more new members. I’d be pissed if someone commented on my noise level.
Have MiM fart in their general direction.

Night yokies!

One last thought…I’ve been thinking for a few months about trying to get in with a modeling agency. Decided to get more serious about it.

Three more wake ups and I’m on vacation. Woot!
That is so me, Toots! I was always done with my work so fast, I would have 6 hours left of my shift to do…nothing. I remember emailing IH and saying “done with work. now what?” all the time.
Yup. I rot at my desk most of the time but this week someone is on vacation before me so it’s making the week fly by. I’ve tried reading a book but when people come in the door, I’m always on the look out for shady robbers so I lose my place alot!
You work at a Hotel or something?
I work at a bank.
Century?
Indeed. 11 whooping years of working at a bank. I love the 5 million rules that came out after 9/11.

I worked at IBT for like 2 weeks then quit. They had you take assessment tests to determine your position at the bank. I should have stayed. I got 97+ on all the tests, I just didn’t like that I knew more about the bank and job than the management did.

Thought I’d comment on this even though it was yesterday so that way everyone can see again that Deb thinks I’m cute! Hurrah.

Also morning everyone!

Morning Liquid
