I wish I had beans’ patience in dealing with idiot type folks.
Someone in the bulking thread said he was worried about fat gain and then said “oh sometimes I eat an entire pizza and a tub of ice cream”
My response was stop doing that and now according to him my reading comprehension sucks and I gave the shittiest reply ever.
Should I have told him to eat more pizza and more ice cream?

You just can’t fix stupid. People hear what they want to hear, and you can’t help that. Some people think that bulking means eating everything in site, when in fact it is only increasing your calories be a small pwercentage to facilite the gains you want.
THIS is why I don’t bother posting in the bodybuilding threads, and seldom respond when someone I meet wants to talk about training. You give them advice based on your knowledge and experience and they "yes but’ you and try to punch holes in your advice, so I just don’t do it.

Good insight. The only reason I replied was because I thought it was fairly evident that pizza and ice cream are not the most optimal foods for limiting fat gain.
