DREW! In your newly acquired trainer expertise, if I had a bad day doing a program, should I repeat that day? I notice some guys who do that but not any of the women on here (that I can tell).
I would say do it but I havent had any ‘trainer’ training yet. So I’m not technically qualifies. Still I’d redo it and just assess what possible causes there are for why it didnt work. Still dont like it after that, time to switch it up.
It was just a sucky work out. I wasn’t in the right frame of mind. We went late at night and the gym was crowded and every piece of equipment I needed was in use. It was just a shitty night.

Thats why it sucked? Because it was crowed? GREENS! Wut da matta wit you? FOR FUCK SAKES! Get your game on and get your self on the equipment you need. Plus you have the ‘female’ advantage.
So definitely do the workout again and fight your way through it and remind your self on every exercise why you are doing that exercise. If you lose sight of the reason your there it will indeed suck. I remind myself at least 30 times each workout as to the reason why I’m there.
“To crush your enemies, see them driven before you,…”
oops, what i really tell myself is that “I’m here to build muscle so fuck all you other cretins who are in my way” and such things as that. Yelling out “YEAH BUDDY!” has been know to help greatly as well.
LOL, Drew! Yeah, that’s why it sucked. I’m used to going in the mid-morning when it’s quiet and empty. I didn’t think it would be that crowded still at 8pm.

well sorry to sound curt, hope #2 is better. Now that I’m working in a gym I am noticing all the highs and lows during the day. Now you know right?
Second, I’m going to North York for 4 nights for a ‘base camp’. Goodlife is putting me up in a hotel paying for most of it. Just the plane tickets are almost a grand. I’d like to meet some Toronto T-Nationers while I’m there.
