I thought you were living in Argentina… at least that’s what I saw… nevermind, don’t care.

I don’t care for any baseball team (too much clothing if you ask me), I just prefer the Yankees symbol to the Mets symbol.[/quote]

You sound really up set? I was in Argentina on vacation.

I’m not upset Hater <3

That was a long vacation. You were there since I joined.

Oh that reminds me Chris…I would never really consider Arizona the south (the cornbread and beans kind). I figured you were from someplace like GA, TN or something.

Arizona is not the only place I have lived. It’s where I am currently at, because I go to school in Flagstaff, AZ, and am here for the summer doing sales in Phoenix.

DREW! In your newly acquired trainer expertise, if I had a bad day doing a program, should I repeat that day? I notice some guys who do that but not any of the women on here (that I can tell).

I would say do it but I havent had any ‘trainer’ training yet. So I’m not technically qualifies. Still I’d redo it and just assess what possible causes there are for why it didnt work. Still dont like it after that, time to switch it up.

Why are you depressed? That’s not true about Arnold is it?

general opinion? overall view on how “necessary” of a product it is?

Yea it is. Have you watched the movie? I believe it to be true. My ‘bullshit detector’ didn’t go off. If you haven’t watched it I say you do. You’re not trying to look like Arnold so it wont do you in like it did me. Other wise it was a solid movie. Very interesting. Like it was made just for us here on T-Nation.

It was just a sucky work out. I wasn’t in the right frame of mind. We went late at night and the gym was crowded and every piece of equipment I needed was in use. It was just a shitty night.

I’d just move forward with the program Greeny. Another thing I’ve done is have all of my program days with me so that if something like this happens, I can assess whether another work out will be better based on equipment available. You can always swap them around within the week. Another idea is to have a complex in mind that you could just go off and do anywhere in the gym, get a great sweat, and not feel like it was a waste.

I loved Fahrenheit 911. I knew Arnold used steroids a long time ago, I think in junior high? I remember a guest speaker in my gym class telling us that.

Why don’t I know this? I thought he was held up as an idol who was clean. Hm, bummer.

Arnold used large amounts since he was sixteen. Doesn’t bother me. Bigger Faster Stronger is a great movie though.
