My left shoulder was tacked back together with fish hook looking things when I was 17. My right shoulder had an AC separation/rotator cuff tear when I was 26.

Side note: Talked to my buddy this morning. It is offical. The only people that don’t believe that steady state cardio works are on the fucking internet. Victims of the propaganda machine.
EVERYONE in real life that looks like they go to the gym, knows SS works quite well if your diet doesn’t suck.

I usually don’t. I push hard, and rest enough so that I don’t lose my shit, every time. Last night I just wanted to go for it, just because I’m sick like that I guess. There was one guy there who thought he’d “give it a shot.” 5 pushes, and he’s puking his guts out. It was epic
