They are not cutting jobs, people are quitting because they are sick of being overworked and under-appreciated. People are working 10-12 hour shifts day in and day out, management turns around and cuts raises from 10% to 2% as a thank you. People work 60 hour weeks, cover others, and come in on Saturday and management doesn’t even acknowledge it with a simple thank you. It’s a toxic environment, with no growth. [/quote]

Salary, and paid shit for the most part. I’m a nobody, but I make more than managers who have been there 7 years. Upper management is paid well, but they don’t leave, and they don’t hire from within for fear that once someone who has been there a while moves up they will want to change the way things are done.
