Tough times being up when it’s still dark out.

Slept for nearly 10 hours last night. Feel amazin.

My weekend will be spent working.

TOOTS check your PM’s

mornin’ TK!

I slept for 8 or 9 hours, for sure. I love sundays. Getting a little fuel in the tank for squats this morning.

Question: My squat and my dead are VERYYYYY similar. Like, my deadlift is only 30-40lbs more. Anyone else this way, or am I a total freak? The girl I train with sometimes is this way, too. However, across the board, it seems to be a rarity.
