Mine are close. I squat a bit more than I deadlift (which is odd) and with less effort. Deadlifts really, really hurt (like flare up old injury hurt).

Squats hurt so good, though.

Dash - My squats are lower because of the mental game (squished by the bar!) and long legs (leverage).

the day I squat 300lbs I’m buying everyone here in TK a drink.

Where are you now?

I don’t think the ratio matters as long as they both move up.

My pull pwns my squat.

Beans, you’ve seen me up close-- I’m built to squat and press. I’ll let you pick shit up off the floor

Texas Roadho: where you can get your bone in for under 50 bucks.

(I shoulda really went into marketing)[/quote]

Apparently so!

225 on the squat (recent as of the last 2 weeks)

deadlift: 305, but about to crush the 315.

almost a hundred lbs difference…

I agree with the steady improvement on both regardless of numbers.

Improvement is always good.

haha, lol, yup.

TRex is accurate.

I can’t press for shit because my arms are as long as you.

That is a damn fine pull, you are talking raw too correct?

I also have been squatting pretty heavy since I was 16. I picked up deadlift after I recovered from cardio-bunny syndrome 4 years ago.

yup, raw it is with only a belt, which is legit.

Both Squat and DL suck at this time. But have always been 50-70lbs away from each other.

for the bench I have long arms and no boobs (yes it is an advantage… perhaps I should stuff a bra? lol) which means my ROM is crazy. Still I managed a decent 155lbs… Hoping to add 5lbs to it by the end of the year.

Frenchie is my hero. I follow her closely on facebook for my daily kick in the ass.

My pull has always been better than my squat. I’m more built to pull I think. Haven’t tested a true max lately, but I’d imagine it’s close to 100 lbs different now.

aww :*)

I could never go through the conditioning stuff you do girl. I’d by lying on the floor panting and clutching my chest. We each have our strong points.

For now I am just crying from the stupidity of hurting myself a week out of my meet.

Wiggs, you are pretty tall, yes?

expecting people for supper tonight - planning on making some light chicken fajitas and then total pig out in a massive chocolate fondue.

mmmm. I might not recover from this.

Aw, Mainey! I will be right over.

Okay…off the the squat rack. Will report back later.

Got my bands! Now to figure out how not to sling shot myself across the gym.

Main, that sounds amazin’. Fondue is my kryptonite.

Dash, yeah I’m 6’2. But my fingertips touch well below 1/2 way down my thighs, so I’ve got monkey arms for my torso size. Makes deadlifting easy, but pressing anything sucks.
