Running during a snowstorm = HEAVEN!! Doing any type of training during one is all kinds of hardcore. I remember one winter at Ft. Belvoir where we got hit pretty hard. Instead of driving the 3mi to work, I packed my uniform, grabbed my gear, and rucked it. It was AWESOME! The looks I got from passing motorists (safety first?) were priceless.
Umm…is it strange that although I’m Alpha and stuff, I do keep an eye for fashion? I routinely assist the woman and daughter with fashion choices. Probably the result of growing up with just my mother.

I find mine are divas in public, normal people in private. I think it’s a protective mechanism, but then that’s just my anecdotal experience.

Kinda what I’ve been thinking too, everyone knows professors don’t really retire, but just in case, you know? Also, using my monies to make more monies has appeal. I suck at finance though, and our current economy shows that I can’t just hand it all over to a finance professional. It’s been on my to do list forever.

I’m not sure what it means, but i have a simple IRA. All I know is 5% of my paycheck goes somewhere that I dont have access to. The unversity matches me in deposit up to 5%
